Erm... this is mainly a shoutout to Americans who know a lot about the British pound (or British who know a lot about the American dollar), but I have no idea how to spend and charge with it! If something costed 15 dollars in America, would it cost 15 pounds in Britain, or would it cost 7.38 pounds? Also, is there any word for "cent" or "penny" or anything like that which goes with pounds? I'm utterly clueless. If guests know anything about this as well, feel free to give advice.

I need to wise up on foreign currency... 0.o

One hundredth of a pound is a penny. Two hundredths of a pound is two pence.

As for conversion etc. One dollar = fifty pence roughly. So one pound = two dollars. Sure, it's not exact, but it's very close.

An item worth 15 dollars in America would be worth 7.50 pounds in England HOWEVER it is worth bearing in mind that America is, overall, cheaper, I believe. So don't be surprised if it costs you 8 or 9 pounds.


Hope that clears things up - are you planning a visit to merry old England?

Ah, that's going to be completely irrelevant - I just stuck the pound sign there as a sign, it could equally read @155 or *155 or $155. Whatever. The amount things cost here in Ciel Noir isn't going to reflect what they'd cost in England or in any other country. Other wise I'd have to bump up the amount earned in posts massively.

I did have Nahira here before, only as an elf rather than as a wolf. Cos that was her original form: evil sorceress. She loved it, but I wanted to introduce her to Anouba, so I made her a wolf.

If I create another character it'll probably be Izzi, a key character in the book I haven't written yet. She's a pixie =D She's also sort of a demi-Goddess, but...yeah, that bit's complicated. Stick with pixie.

I was also considering a bear... Eh, I don't know. I'm not going to be making any new characters any time soon, though. Too many at the moment. If I do make more characters, they'll definetly be males, though. I'm kind of in the mood to try out male characters for some reason, though I haven't done it much before. That, and this site rather needs more male characters.
