Description:
Jessica is a small, fragile looking, girl at five foot three. Her slender body seems it'll snap under the weight of a good sized rock. Her looks prove right, a good hit will send her running. Though that is true, she makes up for it in her agility. Long blonde hair, pulled into a pony tail with blue knot and out of her brown eyes, reaches to the middle of her back. Her brown eyes have a hint of crazy in them, which is accompanied by her common grin. She wears a loose, poncho tunic. The poncho lays on her should and only hangs in the front and back, no sides to connect. Underneath is a red leather brassiere. She wears a matching green loincloth that moves down to he knees. Underneath the loincloth is more red underclothes. Her tiny wrists are covered by white bracers, both with one sapphire in them, sticking out with her darkly tanned skin. No shoes are worn and her feet suffer the penalty from it. Long even finger nails are also found on her hands. Two belts hang from both her shoulders to the opposite waist to form an 'X'. Various objects and bags are found on the belts. Another one is on her waist and small daggers are wrapped around her legs.
Personality:
Caring only for herself Jessica does what ever puts a smile on her face. She giggles frequently and will tease -anybody-. She's even been known to have uncontrollable giggles in an intense battle for no reason. Though quick to happiness she is driven to anger almost faster than happy. When angry her actions think for themselves, instead of her mind thinking for them. She shows no sign of compassion constantly, though recently her compassion has gone even lower.
Strength: Of course her agility. Her tools prove most useful as well.
Weakness: Quick to act even when she actually thinks and her anger can lead her to far worse situations. She will never accept another job until her current one is done.
Occupation: Assassin / Mercenary / Bounty Hunter
Abilities: Jessica is a completely normal Human with no powers or magic. Though some say her agility is at it's height, or maybe even setting the height higher, for Human capabilities.
Transportation: A large oval shaped board that will come rushing to her when she concentrates on them. These were stolen from a wizard.
History: Raised to fight for herself by her abusive father, Jessica quickly began to lose it. Her father pushed her and pushed her until she snapped. She ran away after knocking her father unconscious at the age of 12. From her life she learned to only care for herself and discovered what better job than an Assassin. She started off underground killing others for quick cash and spending it even quicker. Slowly her name became known until she came open and even posted fliers in town to advertise. Hunts were soon sent after her but each was spared by her and returned back unsuccessful at apprehending her. She publicly warned Meria to stop or she wouldn't spare them any longer. Her name became feared but also a scapegoat. The government even began hiring her themselves. Nevertheless, some guards still try to prove themselves worthy by trying to take Jessica down themselves. Her name is recognized by many now. The most recent job Jessica has received is from the government itself... To take down or bring back Nina Elizabeth Foster.
((I know she seems like uber powerful given her story but hey... they're semi-NPCs they suck anyways XD I'm not making her uberpowerful against like other players its just to make her interesting past wise))

Jessica Limbo flew down the street with a bright smile of her face. Her poncho was flapping in the wind as she giggled with joy. Her hands held tightly to the front of the board as she sat cross legged. Pedestrians and merchants jumped out of her way or ducked, many crashed into stales. She turn to watch the crash and laughed even louder than before. She made quick turns through alleyways and busy roads scaring everyone there. Finally the board arrived at an open spot in Meria. It was a fairly large alleyway with two men in it. They both stopped talking and watched Jessica as the board approached them. Suddenly the board flew straight up as Jessica landed, her left knee and hand on the ground and her right hand on her dagger.
"Limbo!" One of the men quivered stepping away from the other. The other removed his scimitar growling.
Jessica stood up and giggled, her dagger still sheathed, "My friend's call me Limmy! And we're all friend here!"
The man wielding the scimitar ran towards her raising the scimitar in the air. Jessica continued to smile, running towards him as well. Once they reached each other, Jessica dove feet first and slid underneath him. In that quick motion she also removed a phial from her belt on her chest. She arose just as quickly, even before the man turned around. When he did he came with the blade at a horizontal attack. Jessica ducked down popping the lid of the phial. Her hair followed and a small piece was sliced off. She threw the sand in phial into the man's face as she came back up. The man backed away, dropping his weapon and rubbing his eyes. She then gave a fake frown and with a whiny, mocking voice, "Aw... Did someone get hurt?" She turned with a slight giggle at where the quivering man was. Her eyes widen seeing he had run. That was the only reason she had come to the alleyway. Her bracers glowed and the board swiftly floated down to her feet. After hopping on, the board took off with her into the sky. The man still knelt in the ground, his eyes in pain.
